I haven’t been spending much time online lately. The internet can really suck up all of my time if I’m not careful so I’ve been avoiding it. It’s been hard for me to moderate my internet time so I’ve been staying offline rather than struggling to control how much time I spend online.
Just a few of the things I’ve been up to lately:
My first ever attempt at making sushi
Falling in love with my nephew
Rescuing a baby dove
Very slowly working on my quilting
Studying Japanese everyday (photo credit)
I want to stay in touch with friends I’ve made from reading various blogs. I will try to spend some time online to keep in touch without losing hours to aimless web surfing! Hopefully everyone is having a glorious week!
I think it is funny how when I have fabric or a quilt out that my cats think it is something special for them. It looks like your cat is the same.

Lisa, I thought my cat wasn't even paying attention. But as soon as I pulled the fabric out, he came over and laid on it. lol He's done that with all three quilts I've worked on. Silly kitty!
