Experiencing Fall

In Arizona, fall means pumpkin lattes at Starbucks and pie pumpkins at the grocery store. That’s about it! The temperatures don’t start dropping until well into the season and the palm trees don’t change color.

In Washington however, I’m starting to learn what fall really means.

Changing colors…

Lower temperatures…

And learning best how to stay warm…

I love fall!!

  1. Welcome to fall in the NW!

  2. Autumn weather where I live is fairly mild, but it is cooler than during the summer. Regardless of the weather though, our tree's leaves do change colors.

Your kitty cat looks so cute and warm in his/her little bed. 🙂

P.S. I'll try to email you again soon. I have tried before, but it seems my emails never go through. 🙁

  3. Okay, I just sent you another email. Hopefully, it will go through this time. If not, I'm not sure what to do next.

  4. I was born in Arizona and have lived in Washington. I understand what you are saying. I love having more than one season. Though I remember having snow one time in Phoenix and taking a walk in it. The snow didn't stick, but it was cool to watch it fall! *smile* That may be why I really enjoy fall now. The smell of fire places keeping homes warm, the cool crisp nights & early mornings, the colors, I really like fall! Every season is welcome in it's time, but fall in my favorite. *big smile* Have a lovely eveing. Sincerely, Mommy of two growing blessings & so much more!
